The site is not advice and not an engagement
Content on this site is general information about the house. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. It is not an offer to occupy a chair or to take on a program.
Sending the Start form, booking a diagnostic, or reading pricing does not create a mandate. Work starts only when both sides have agreed in writing — usually after the diagnostic — on scope, seat, days and fee.
Pricing on the site
Published occupancy bands, extra occupancy, program or review days, and advisory rates are a guide. They are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless we say otherwise. A ninety-day minimum applies to occupancy unless we agree something else in writing.
The fee for a given mandate is the fee in that mandate. We may change published rates on the site without notice to people who are not in a live engagement.
Work cards and proof
Work described on the site is written so clients are not named. Outcomes are specific to those mandates. They are not a promise that the same result will occur for you.
Intellectual property
The lockup, copy, structure and design of the site belong to Onesixseven unless we say otherwise. You may view and share a page in the ordinary way. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use the mark as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send us material you do not have the right to send. We may refuse or delete an enquiry that is abusive or clearly not a business approach.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. We take care with it. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error, or that access will be uninterrupted.
To the extent Australian law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, we limit it to resupplying the relevant site service or paying the cost of that resupply.
A live mandate has its own terms. Those terms govern the work. These website terms govern the site.

The site may link to LinkedIn or other third-party pages. Those pages have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy on this site.
Changes
We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have that cannot be limited.
